What is Disability Access Service?
Disability Access Service or DAS is offered to those individuals who cannot tolerate waiting in a line for reasons other than mobility. For example, if a person cannot stand for long periods of time due to a disability, but they can wait comfortably using a wheelchair, they would not qualify for using DAS. Every situation is unique so, contacting Disney directly regarding your specific situation is the best way to get the services available to you.

Register up to 30 days in advance with using a video call with Disney:
Before calling: Ensure your ticket and park reservations are linked to your MDE account.
Before calling: Link your travel party to you on your friends/family list.
The Disney rep will ask you questions about why you (or your child) cannot wait in line.
They'll take your photo and verify your travel party.
You can also register in person at guest services when you arrive. Registration needs to be completed once per trip or, once every 120 days.
Booking DAS Return Times:
Use your My Disney Experience App to book - you'll see a new tile for DAS show up after you register.
Must be in the park to book.
Can book one ride at a time.
Can book yourself + 5 others in your friends/family list.
Return times are based on the current wait time. For example, at 9am, if the posted wait time for Space Mountain is 45 minutes, you'll receive a return time around 9:45 a.m. I've also seen return times slightly less than the posted wait time.
You can check in for the ride any time after the stated return time - it does not expire until the park closes for the day.
Checking in for the Attractions:
Go to the Lightning Lane entrance.
The DAS holder must scan in first. The light will turn blue, the cast member verifies it's you and turns the light green.
Once you have the green light, the rest of your party can scan.
You can booking your next DAS return time as soon as you've all scanned in. - Some rides have you scan twice, once at the entrance and then once before getting on the ride. You have to wait until you scan the second time to book a new DAS return time.
Attractions with a Virtual Queue
DAS works a little differently with virtual queues - You must secure a place in the virtual queue to ride the attraction. Once your boarding time has been called, you can use the Lightning Lane to skip the time in the regular queue.
Park Hopping:
You can use the DAS at multiple parks during the day however, you must be in the park to use it. For example, if you're planning to move to Epcot from Magic Kingdom, you can't book Epcot until you've scanned in there.
DAS and Genie+
You can use DAS and Genie+ together. Genie+ can be a good idea for the rest of your travel party when the DAS holder won't or can't ride every ride.
